Are you using the same email address that you placed your Backlight 2 order with?

If that's not it, then send an email to Matt via the contact form on the Docs and Support page

I'm using the correcct email.  Even tried my other email.  Will send to Matt.

Just tried again.  Spell check capitalized the first letter of my email address.  That caused the rejection.  All is well for the moment.
