I’ve gone ahead and installed the TTG BE as instructed by setup guide. Unfortunately, This is the error I'm receiving.
mkdir(): Permission denied|#0 [internal function]: ErrorHandler::handleError(2, 'mkdir(): Permis...', '/volume1/web/tt...', 144, Array) #1 /volume1/web/ttg-be/framework/helpers/GenericApplicationHelper.php(144): mkdir('../framework/.....') #2 /volume1/web/ttg-be/framework/helpers/AuthHelper.php(58): GenericApplicationHelper::makeDataDirectoryIfNeeded('../framework/.....') #3 /volume1/web/ttg-be/framework/init.php(108): AuthHelper::handleSession() #4 /volume1/web/ttg-be/admin/index.php(17): require_once('/volume1/web/tt...') #5 {main}|URL: /ttg-be/admin/index.php I received this error when trying to access it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
