Hi,
During an order confirmation the email of the admin, the seller, and therefore mine is sent also on the email of the client.
Backlight is in live mode, I purge all caches (browsers, settings Backlight). The original mail settings have this problem, so I tried to configure with my own SMTP server but the problem remains the same. The domain of the site where Backlight is installed coresponds to the email domain. And in Backlight/Users/admin/edit there is the same mail as in Backlight setting.
And all module are up to date
I do not understand, an idea please?

I don’t quite understand the problem. Are you saying the Email is not being sent?

No, client receive both mail, admin and client mails

Lol Rod, I'm not clear, sorry. Just 2 mails
the customer also receives the admin mail, and I received nothing

The client should receive a confirmation email if you’ve enabled that in Client Response Settings.
Have you checked spam folders for the email you’re not receiving?
Do you receive emails from your regular contact form?

Yes Rod,
With contact form no problem.
I've check my spam folder...nothing
When I test with another mail (temp mail, personnel mail or my wife mail) it is always the same, I don't received any order confirmation mail, but the customer received admin and customer mail.
It does not seem to me that a problem was before, I would suspect a Backlight update to be at the origin of this.
2 hours I check all the setting, erase custom php to see, check cart and Backlight setting...

This is for the Cart then? I thought it was for client response.
Does the email address listed for site email match an email address associated with the domain?

have you tried using the "Mail" option for Mail Send Type?

Yes Rod,
The default setting was Mail at the beginning. When I noticed the error I put this SMTP settings of my server, but the problem persists

I found that:
Backlight/Setting/Show advanced Setting/demo mode was set to yes
It was that !
I did not see this setting, the only one I saw was paypal Live or test.
This one was well hidden! 2 hours of research !!
