Keeps asking to log in
Hi,
Since all the recent problems with the server swap and just about getting everything back it keeps asking me to log in again for every page that I visit in the back end and then it goes to the correct page, this I can just about live with but the clients get it on the client response gallery and they have to enter several times to see the gallery.
What has caused this and how do I reset it?

Hi Terry, sorry that your message went unnoticed. Have you dropped Backlight because of this?
The issue is most likely a misconfiguration on your host, which would prevent session information from being saved. That would effectively make the website forget everything about the user from one page view to the next.
