When trying to get Backlight to send me a reset link for a lost password, it asks for a username / email.
So, I put in my account credentials: Customer Name: Pierre
Customer Email: pierre@pideja.ca
These are not recognized by Backlight.

You should enter the site user name (the user name you use when logging in to Backlight), not your TTG customer name

Got it! All user names are "admin" unless changed, so that was it!
