Please,
I don't find how to center the search form

is this something you're inserting into a page?
if so, just add some inline styling to the form element:
<form action="backlight/search" method="GET" class="search-form" style="margin:0 auto;">or you can do it with custom css:
form.search-form {
margin: 0 auto;
