Hi!
I have changed the default feedback profile into my own version under a new name. However, I cannot find a way to make the changes become effective in my existing Client Response Gallery.
This is particularly important because I will be creating more of these profiles, and will want to (re)link them to several CRG's, from time to time.

Hi Rod.
I did what you proposed, but now that I made yet another feedback profile for the same album, my client keeps getting the wrong feedbackprofile. The right version does show up in the clients login settings, in the integration tab in lightroom (republished) and in the private album settings. Quite frustrating that Backlight's documentation (search) is still so poor that one cannot help oneself and has to keep bothering you people.

Have you tried clearing the Template cache?
There’s a link on the main Backlight dashboard under Special Links

Yes, I did, many times.
Tried things on four different devices.
Also update Album and Index files.
This would be a vital issue since not all my "clients" should be presented with the same feedback options.
Funny (..) thing is, that the RIGHT feedback profile does show up when checking
users -> clients -> clientsname -> assign album
as well as
publisher -> galleries -> integration
I'll mail you the guest updates data, hope you can find out what's going on.

From what I was able to see, the feedback profile assigned to an album is the one that shows up in the album.
If you continue to have issues, can you post with screen shots that better illustrate the problem?

Hey Rod,
I have the same issues.
When I select the assigned feedback profile then it writes me on the database “Null”(the feld is empty).
I can change only the feedback profile on the database.

Save my selection
But now I have feedback profile “Null”

I was unable to see what the problem actually was (or if there was a problem) with this topic’s original post.
Can you supply more details of what us happening so Ben has something to work with.
What is happening from the client perspective?
What feedback are you receiving?
Are you using Client Managed albums (Private - requires Client account) or Public or Protected (requires access code) albums?
Does the client feedback profile the client sees in the album match the one assigned to the album?
Can you provide links to albums?
If they are Private or Protected, provide login.
I’d also suggest sending Backlight Admin credentials to Ben along with a link to this topic.

I don’t now as tell this problem
I can not select a feedback profile when I have a Privat (requires cline account)
When I have a Gallery whit protected or public access, I can select the profile from Lightroom.
When I have a privet - Gallery, I can’t change the feedback profile.
The Clint sees whatever I select as feedback profile, the same (whit the Id=1)
You can see on my screen shot the selected profile won't registered on the Database.(see the last entry)
It is only possibility change the feedback on the database
