Download Not Working

All of a sudden, my file download is not working. The full files are present on the server, but the download button downloads a zero byte file, or file is corrupt.

though this is happening across multiple galleries...

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Are all Backlight modules up to date?

I just went to the admin panel and updated everything and still have the issue.
Could this be a php issue?

Not entirely sure what's happening here. When I click the download button on one of your images pages, I get this error:

This site can’t be reached The webpage at http://clients.hursey.com/shoots/father … 6_0038.tif might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

Might be that the TIF file is too large for PHP to download?

I think it is the file size... I seem to recall this issue before, however was able to fix it somehow... I THINK you gave me new code for the php.ini file?

Thanks Much! I think that is is and I really appraise you pulling that up and pointing me back in the right direction... I have made notes to myself for the future (when this happens again)

So... just to pass along the info so that all can be informed... THIS time, my hosting company had done a php upgrade that "broke" the download functionality... when I called in they upgraded to an even NEWER php version and it fixed the problem. (I am always glad when it is not something that I have done!)
