I created several albums using the Theater add-on. Everything works fine except the videos have no thumbnail only an icon. In setup in LRPub, there is a field for thumbnail, random or custom. I chose custom, but there is no additional option to enter a custom file. How do I make a custom thumbnail?

Have you added an image to the album in LR?
If you add an image to the album, a thumbnail will be created, just like in a normal album.
