Hi,
when visitor is in gallery, cart work fine, but if I put gallery on page by page>design>Page Settings>Insert album, cart don't work.
Is it a bug?
Thanks
Nico

I don't know if this is a bug.
The reason it's not working for you may be that even though the cart code is included in all pages (so that if you're using write in buttons or if you have something in the cart, that the page will support that), the code included in the page does not have a pricing scheme listed.
However, I just tried inserting into a page a cart enabled album that is using Mixed Pricing. The cart works.
Ben will need to comment on this functionality. But for now, you could use the Mixed Pricing option for the album and add the pricing scheme to the images' Category field (requires republishing metadata)

Just one question, what is Mixed Princing?
Offline
Mixed pricing is a feature where you can assign pricing schemes to individual images in an album.

Hi Nico, I’ll look into this. I’m not sure whether we’ve ever looked into support for Cart-enabled embedded albums.

Thank you very much Ben

Hi Nico, I've found the problem. Pages with embedded albums aren't including the album-specific pricing scheme name, which means that they default to the 'default' pricing scheme.
I've put in a silent update for the Pangolin Album. Are you running the latest version of Backlight 1? (version 1.2.3).
If so, download the latest Backlight + Pages zip file (it should be called Backlight-Pages-123-Release7) and copy this single file from the extracted zip file into the respective directory on your server:
backlight/modules/pangolin-page/fragments/config-cart.php
You'll then need to clear your template cache (found under the Designer menu in the Backlight admin).
Can you let us know if that solves it for you?
Note I'll need to make a similar fix for Backlight 1's Standard album, and both the Standard and Pangolin albums for Backlight 2.

Whao! What a reaction, it works perfectly, thank you!
Really a great support!
I am currently under 1.23 backlight, and plan to switch to version 2 later this year
Another big thank you for everything Ben and Rod
