it looks like all your thumbnail sizes became consistent and the first link is using a different menu.

Are the settings in Backlight the same?
Which version is correct?
What have you tried to make things look right?
Have the host’s server settings changed?

For the thumbnails in the descriptive album sets, it looks like the aspect ratio in the two album set templates is different.
and it looks like each site is using a different menu set.

Yes, my NAS is only test site but the same settings.
My website is unchanged since over 1 year. One week ago all was ok.
After the update it is confused.

Same if I rotate my iPad. Other album sets are changing too. Iphone too.

Have you tried the usual:
Clear template cache
Update Album Files
Did you update your test site as well just to see if the same thing happens?
