Contact Form Page has no legends or labels for the forms

I've just updated to BL2, and the contact form has no labels.  I can't figure out where they've gone.

Any help would be appreciated.

The color of the labels is identical to the background... hence they are not visible.

In the page template under Typography. Scroll down to Forms
