I created a new menu set and would like to apply it to a specific Client Response Gallery I published. How is this done?

Menu sets are assigned to page templates. You’ll need to create a page template using the menu.
Then create a Client Response album template using the new page template. (Clone your existing template)
Assign that album template to the album.
