Hey all. I am still running CE3 (even though I bought CE4 years ago) and am having an issue with emails and the CRG. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to receive emails from clients anymore. Used to work like a champ, but anymore emails that are submitted are never sent. Knowing that nothing has changed on my end, is it a form-to-email issue or something else? I have looked and looked and cannot figure out where the send-to email address is even located in the code! Thank you so much for your help. Maybe some day I will find the time to upgrade all the way to BL2!!

That would be a form-to-email issue. That would also be why we stopped using it, and starting rolling our own scripts. You may or may not find their articles helpful:

One of them is "Not receiving email"

Thanks, Matthew. Hopefully I can clear up some time soon to update everything to BL2. Is there a direct upgrade path for galleries on this old platform straight to BL2 or will it be an entire pull down and re-upload affair?

This depends. If you’re using Publisher in CE3, and you have CE4 Publisher, you can migrate your albums and sets to CE4 control: http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … _migration
then use the migration tool in Backliight to migrate the CE4 controled albums and sets to Backlight control.

This will save you the need if having to republished everything.
If you’re not using Publisher, just plan on starting from scratch.
Here are some tips:

From a non-publisher based site: http://ttg-tips-and-tricks.barbeephoto. … backlight/
