Shipping costs in the cart module
Hi,
The cart module is quite American. I think the world is a slight bit bigger 
I want to use shipping costs within my own country (NL) and within my continental region (Europe) and the rest of the world. It looks a bit odd the least to use USA and het states.
Can this be upgraded with some priority?

Funny, because the cart is primarily developed by Ben, an Australian. We've also made explicit efforts to tailor the cart for our European customers. So can you be more specific in how it's not serving your needs in that region?

how specific can I be... like I said... Only usa and her states. I cannot find any other region in the cart module...

For shipping pricing, the regions are USA, All Regions, and International.
This is under Pricing > Shipping
The tax area is the only one I know of that includes US states, and it also includes a bunch of countries.

For now, you could use International or All Regions.

Go into the Cart settings and change the Sales Tax Country to Netherlands. That will change the 'home' country for shipping from USA to Netherlands.
