Hello
First have I to apologise having neglected my appications, not only TTG but also LR, many monthes long.
I have been greatly surprised when i encountered LR Classic CC; good and less good surprises.
My main problem is that I am no more allowd to create ou republish albums. Seems that this issue is related to the fact that Facebook allows no more direct upload from external publishers.
As this issue seems not to have been reported, I wonder if my opinion is correct.
Same kind of problem exist with CE4 or Backlight publishers.
Anyone an idea?
Best greetings and Merry Christmas to everybody

What error messages are you getting?
I don’t think this has anything to do with Facebook. More likely a change made by your host. Do you know if they’ve upgraded the php version used on your site? Do you know what version is being used? You can check by logging into ttg-be and clicking on View PHP Info (under Special Links)

that error message implies that you don't have a gallery template in place at /ttg-be/templates/gallery/
Can you check on that?
to log into ttg-be go to this url: http://martine-cheval.be/ttg-be/

I don' remember to have made any changes in this instance of Publisher or in the site whitch, is still working perfectly.
The link to Facebook can be broken; this was due to a wrong message about Facebook at the first attempt to edit a Publisher instance.
I have several instances of publisher working properly, thus something must have changed for the site http://www.martine-cheval.be
However I can't explain how,where and when.
When i try to authenticate the publisher instance do I get an errot message: Unable to perfor action: checkAuth
Message: the page sent an action whitch was not available.
The API URL seems to be correct and I changed the API KEY in ttg-be manager online, and in the Publisher instance but without any results.
Gallery templates are presents at the right place and appear when setting up a new album.
The site http://www.martine-cheval.be was "frozen" from 2016 and was only used to ceate or update albums.
Maybe do you have more interesting things to do today, thus don't worry for me, this problem is not urgent.
Have a nice Christmas :-)
Best greatings

Well in fact the API URL was wrong; it was http://www.martine-cheval.be/ttg-be/publisher/ instead of
http://martine-cheval.be/ttg-be/publisher/.
I think we'l never know how it happend.
Rod thanks for the help.
Best regards

I got bit by that one a long time ago after adding code to the .htaccess file (to help with the missing web fonts issue). The code made it so that if someone type www in the url it would be change to just http://...

Hi, Rod. I think I've come up with a new and even more annoying version of this.
Today, when I tried to update my galleries, I got an error message:
Can't update this collection.
Unable to perform action: getSetupForTemplate
Message: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; Markdown_Parser has a depreciated constructor|#0
...followed by a bunch of filenames and errors far too long to retype here.
However, when I go to the galleries at my website (www.ravenfallsphotography.com) -- and I mean any gallery, not just the one I tried and failed to update, I get the following error message printed across the top of the page:
Unknown error type: [8192] Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; Markdown_Parser has a deprecated constructor
ERROR [8192] Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; Markdown_Parser has a deprecated constructor
Unknown error on line 191 in file /home2/jdwmedi1/public_html/ravenfalls/publisher/api/lib/markdown.php, PHP 7.0.33 (Linux)
Needless to say, this makes my site look really unprofessional.
Is there a way to fix this, or am I doomed to have to create an entirely new website from scratch?

Can you downgrade the php version you use to something like 5.6?

Another option is to try this: http://community.theturninggate.net/vie … 692#p51692. Please see this as well http://community.theturninggate.net/vie … 756#p51756
I don't know if this update fixes your class issue.

Thank you! I didn't know JustHost provided a way for individual users to specify which version of PHP to use, but it turns out there's a way you can edit .htaccess from cPanel. Solved the problem right away.

Just be aware, that some hosts started to phase out 5.6... so it might be just a matter of time until 5.6 is no longer supported.

it makes sense to see if you can download the latest ttg-be file and replace the files Ben indicated in the links Daniel supplied.
