In the webshop I am experimenting with I managed to invoke my own printsizes but the prices I added to them don't appear when the cart above the item is clicked. They still state €4 instead of €310.

Also the text I put into the page copy in the tab page content in Lightroom doesn't appear on the page. At placement I selected "replace template page copy".

After making changes in the Cart, be sure to click on the Reset Cart link in the Cart dashboard. Otherwise you might see a delay in the change.
