Some images of this album can be sold, but the latest ones do not. Precisely, they are the only ones that are in the "photos-for-purchase" folder on the web. what's the problem?

Did you change the template settings at any time before adding those pictures?

Yes, I have changed the template, but then I have left it as it was and does the same

I’m wondering that if you publish some images and then changed the template so that publisher generates photos for purchase and then publish new images without republishing the existing images, you end up with only the new images in the “photos-for-purchase” folder.
If you then change the template back again without republishing the images, then the cart might not know what’s going on. It might not “see” those images where Publisher created image renditions for purchase.
I’m just guessing here as I haven’t tested this. Ben would have to confirm what’s going on.
Try republishing all your images and see if that fixes things. If using Lightroom, make sure that in Publisher Settings that the “Push metadata....” and “publish thumbnails....” boxes are not checked.

I have created a new gallery, and I deleted the previous one, I uploaded them all at once, I have generated via publisher the images to be sold and they are all in the "photos-for-purchase" folder ... the same happens, some are They can sell, and the last ones do not! I do not get it!

Hi Xevi, can you provide me with a Backlight admin login via email so that I can look into this?

Thanks Xevi. I'll have a look in the next couple of days.

Hi Xevi, I'm trying to have a look at this, but the album is no longer there. Is there an album I can look at to see the problem?

I can sell the first images, but the last of a forest, can not be sold

Hi Xevi, looking at the album I see that the images that can't be sold have a pricing scheme set to '15'. As there is no such pricing scheme in your cart, the photos come up as being unable to be sold. That's most likely set in the Category field for the photos in Lightroom. Does that look to be the case? If so, does '15' make sense as the name of a pricing scheme?

ok, all right, by mistake that reference was put in the "Category" field! Thank you!

Is your album template also using the “Mixed Pricing” option in the Cart add-on?

Yes, I use "mixed pricing"

That will cause the problem you’re seeing if you enter a non-existing pricing scheme in the image Category metadata field.
If there’s nothing in the Category metadata field I believe the pricing reverts to what you set in the album (in Publisher)

You are absolutely right, I have proven it, and that was effectively the problem. Thanks!!
