Searched the Forum, did not see this one...when I attempt to login to the Backlight 2 screen, I get this error...when I refresh the browser (Safari), it clears and is fine. But if I update anything, I get the same error until I refresh again...

Very much a Ben question, I am afraid. He's on vacation presently, but has been checking in at intervals. Hopefully he'll be along soon.

The file backlight/data/class_lookup.txt is an internal file that Backlight produces and reads from in order to make Backlight more performant.
I haven't come across that error, but my first guess is that the file can not be created.
Is this a new installation of Backlight 2? If so, have you come across this error immediately upon trying to install it? I suggest checking the directory permissions, and setting permissions for backlight/data/ to 755 if it is not already.

Thanks, I had to fix the permission level at the class_lokkup.txt level which seemed to have fixed the issue. This was an upgraded installation, I had a couple of weird other errors when creating Albums in Lightroom (latest version) but I could just click past them. I'll see if they go away as well. As always, thanks for the quick response. Love the options in the new version as I may move away from Lightroom.
