What would be the recommended way to convert from http:// to https// with Backlight?

I just added the required text in the .htaccess file then changed the URL in the Backlight/settings and voilà!

Good to know. I keep meaning to get the SSL certificate for my site and make the switch to https. Haven't wanted to temp fate though....

Pierre, just check that you don't have a link somewhere on your pages that points to http://somewhere.on-your.site. I had a few... and just found another one yesterday that I missed.

I found that I had to also change the link in PUBLISHER but up to now haven't found any other link that needed to be updated to https.
