I realize that viewing a collection of images on a mobile phone is less than ideal. But nevertheless, why can't I have the pencil icon (for comments) appear in a CRG on a mobile phone? And why can't I select from the "enlarged image" rather than from the very small thumbnails?

try using the Slideshow Presentation. I believe the feedback icon appears only in the Slideshow Presentation for the large images.

Presently, client response features are only available when using the slideshow presentation, and are not accessible from the single-image HTML page.
