Can you customise the login screen for a CRG? It currently appears on the left and looks a bit odd.

it's customized by the template you use in Client Response > Settings > Personalisation
other than that, probably custom css.

I've just had another bash at trying to customise the CR login screen, without success.
I now have a Page Template called CR_Login and changed the Client Response > Settings > Personalisation to point to this template, but no matter what I change in the CR_Login template nothing seems to change?
I must be missing something or it's a bug?

did you try the usual things like clearing browser and template cache?
when I look at your client response login screen, it looks a lot like your home page, except that the page layout is narrower than your home page.
