Disabling / preventing copying a photo from client response gallery

Hi!

Is there somewhere a setting which could disable direct copying a photo from a client response gallery web site?

no. But see this: http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … ntext_menu
It's from CE4 so you'll need to change the phplugins hook to one of the Backlight hooks. ttg_scripts would be the one to use.
