TTG plugin

I often receive this message in Lightroom when returning to a publish an album" Could not connect to network. You need to be online to use TTG Publisher." . My computer is online and is functioning normal so why do I receive the message that I am not online? If the computer is not connecting how do I connect?

Re: TTG plugin

How often do you receive this message?
Are you using any internet security software that could be blocking Lightrooom from connecting?
If so, add Lightroom to its exception list and see if that helps.

Re: TTG plugin

But how often? Every time?
Does it happen with all albums?

Ben may need to look at the logs. Here’s a CE4 document that shows where those logs are. Even though it’s a CE4 document, all the advice in it still appplies.
