Backlight Client Response Gallery Log-in Questions

Everyone here is always so helpful, so I am hoping someone can help me.

I have set up a Client Response Gallery and published it through Publisher.

How do I set up a username and password for a gallery so that the client can respond and I can get feedback?  I tried manually having her e-mail as her user name and a 6-letter/numerical password that is easy for her to remember and did that through the Publisher Edit for the gallery.

Clearly, I have done it all incorrectly, because it does not work.

So, I disabled the login feature, so that at least she can see the proofs of her daughter.

I have emptied the template cache, marked the gallery for republishing, and beyond that, I am flummoxed!

Thanks, I hope, and ...

Take care,

Hi Margo,

http://backlight.theturninggate.net/doc … _galleries

You’ll set up an email address and password for the client
This is done in Backlight, not the Publisher plugin

Re: Backlight Client Response Gallery Log-in Questions

Rod,

As always, you are terrific.  I finally got it to work, and our friend/client is so happy with the proofs.

Take care,
