Is there a way for me to translate all the messages returned by Backlight CRG in French? It's not a big deal but since I am Franch (Canadian) and most of my clients are French, I think it would be best if I could do this.
I have already translated the box where one can post comments about the images selected. But what about the "submit feedback" and the "your feedback has been submitted" boxes?

I changed a few things but others will not translate into French. I tried clearing the cache to no avail. I kept the original localization along with the French one. How can I tell Client Response to select the French localization rather than the default one?

Change that in the Backlight > Client Response > Settings > Miscellaneous
