Not a Secure Website

When I login to my Backlight page I see a notice in red saying that my site is not a secure website.

How can I make my site secure?

I currently have a client who cannot access a Client Response page that I have created and yet I can access it fine!

Would the fact that the site is not a secure website, be the reason why it does not work on my clients computer to allow them to access it?

Ben and Matt will likely need a link.

Re: Not a Secure Website

To make the Not Secure message go away, you'll need to set up SSL on your site.  That's likely something you can configure via your host's control panel.  It will typically incur additional costs.  After setting that up, you would need to change your Site URL so that the http portion of the URL is https.

I'm not sure whether that would prevent anybody from accessing the site.  I was able to login without issue, which suggests there's nothing wrong with the site itself.  What exactly does the client see when it 'does not work'?
