Protected Album [Again!]

I'm now updating my http://www.huddersfieldrlheritage.co.uk/ site. I used the CE4 to backlight method for transferring the albums. [ttg is in the same root folder as backlight.] Every album set changed the setting to 'protected'.

When this happened previously I edited each album set to unprotect it.

I've laboriously gone through and changed the setting and re-published every album ['push metadata' unticked]. Still 'protected'.

The base page for the albums is: http://www.huddersfieldrlheritage.co.uk … chive.html.

And what's more, I can't even view the albums with either my admin or guest login details!

Re: Protected Album [Again!]

Can you provide me with a Backlight admin login via email so that I can try and look into this?

FTP access would probably be helpful too.

Re: Protected Album [Again!]

For other readers, it turned out to be a setting in the Publisher settings which had somehow turned on the password protection.

Many thanks, again, to Ben.
