Client Response File Reference

How can I show the file numbers of the individual photos in the contact album and in the slideshow presentation?

Re: Client Response File Reference

In your album template, add the proper metadata token to the image metadata fields for thumbnails and large images and then republish

Re: Client Response File Reference

I opened the album template and the only sections that mention Metadata is in Thumbnail Grid, Photo Presentation and Add-ons. I added Metadata One in each area and wrote (Filename) for each. This was saved and then Republished the album from Lightroom but the filenames still do not show in the Album link!

Re: Client Response File Reference

The tokens are wrapped in curly braces {Filename}, not parentheses

For the large images, in your template go to Photo Presentation > Captions

For the thumbnails, go to Thumbnail Grid > Metadata 01 and Metadata 02

Re: Client Response File Reference

Sorry, I did write {Filename} wrapped with curly brackets but I did not know where to find those curly brackets on my keyboard. I just cut and pasted ones that were already there. When responding to the post it was quicker to type  (Filename) in the response above.

The problem is this has still not solved my issue and I still do not see the filenames in the grid?

Re: Client Response File Reference

Have you tried the usual solutions like clearing browser cache and clearing template cache?

Can you post a link to an album?

On most keyboards the curly braces are with the square brackets (use shift key) to the right of the letter p

Also consider posting guest admin credentials so someone can take a closer look

Or maybe post a screen shot of your metadata settings in the template.

also, are you changing the correct template?
