In LR Publisher, I will sometimes want to re-organize a gallery. But after the edit, the 'Publish' button is still not active. I have to delete the images, then add them again and change the order to how I want it before I can re-publish.
Seems like I am missing something...

Try this:
Right-click on the album name under TTG Publisher, then select "Mark to Republish". You should then see the Publish button appear over your images. Click that, and your album will be re-ordered.

Nice! Thanks a lot. That'll save me some time now I know how.
Seems like it should activate the 'Publish' button when you make changes without having to do that. Dumb LR!

And to make things go faster, you can go into Publisher settings and check the "Push Metadata without updating existing photos" checkbox.
And to make it even faster, you can move your thumbnails around in Publisher, right-click one of them, mark to Republish, and then click Publish
