Copy out the parameters

Hello,
I've made the first part of my site with TTG CE3 Pages, and now I want to add galleries with CE3 Auto Index and CE3 Gallery.

I want to have the same look in the home page and in the galleries. Is there a simple way to get back the général parameters of the home page to have same colors, same width, etc... when I create a new gallery ?

The best way is to probably create a template from Pages and share the settings you made with other plugins via templates:
