Somehow my copyright footer is at the top of my page, how do I get it back at the bottom?

do you have any html in the page or page template's copy area? If so, check for errant or missing <div> or </div> tags or any other syntax errors.

I see one of these in the page copy: where a </strong> tag should be. is deprecated and shouldn't be used. Could be that the missing </strong> tag has messed up the page a bit.

Another thing, I didn't see that the text was made bold by the <strong> tag. I looked this up and it seems that only block level items can go inside a list item. (things like strong, em, and span are inline elements). So if you want to make that bold, you can do it by using inline styling on the anchor tag:
<a style="font-weight: bold;" href="link-to-page">link text></a>
