have you uploaded the index.php and .htaccess files to the root of the site?
They are in the unzipped download folder alongside the backlight/ and galleries/ folders and the TTG-Publisher.lrplugin?
Can you try re-uploading everything in the modules/ folder? Make sure pangolin-page is among the folders.
