What Custom CSS code can be written to right justify the contact form fields?

try this:

form.backlight-form input {
	text-align: right;
}

this aligns the text entered in the form fields.

This solution works great for the text inside of each respective field, but I'd actually like to take all the form fields and move them all the way across the page [defaults to left margin] so that they line up on the right margin of the page.

Maybe this:

form.backlight-form input {
	margin-left: auto;
	margin-right: 0;
}

Else you could float:right, but that would be sort of strong-arming it, and I'd prefer investigating other avenues before resorting to that.

to get the labels and the message text area to align right, I added to what Matt has:

form.backlight-form input, form.backlight-form textarea {
	margin-left: auto;
	margin-right: 0;
}
form.backlight-form p {
	text-align:right;
}

If you also need to control the width of the text area:

form textarea {
    max-width: 500px;
}

Got it to work with the following as I need it to function. I'll look at the other options provided too.

form.backlight-form {
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: 20px;
float: right;
}
