HI,
I have eventually upgraded my site to the latest version, but I am now unable to upload photos directly from Lightroom.
Admittedly I had to reinstall windows 10 and then setup my TTG Publisher plugin (hopefully I have done this correctly)!!
Can anyone take a look or does an admin want to login and see why my photos are no longer being published?
Thanks in advance

You should post what errors you are seeing to help them help you.

It doesn't look like you have a gallery inserted in that page.

There is, its called DOWNLOAD.
There are different categories within that section. The animal section is what I have been trying to upload to, but havent tried the others yet, as I havent set them up again since i had to reinstall the plugin.
Am waiting for advice from here before I set up my other albums. Hopefully, someone can give me a pointer as to what I have missed out ... if anything!

Hold on!
Its working but putting it in the wrong place.
Its creating its own gallery for some reason and am not sure how to stop this from happening.
Any suggestions?

Looks like your Publisher settings are using "galleries" as the top-level galleries directory instead of "downloads"
Check the Publisher setup under Other Publisher Options: Top-level galleries directory

My top level is called Photos, but for some reason this just isnt working properly.
Why does an album I am creating warns me that it will append a number at the end??? Not sure if this ever happened before but why the hell would i want a number??
Frustrating

Is it "Photos" or "photos"? According to the url, it should be "photos"
the only reason it would be publishing to /prints/galleries/ is if the top-level galleries is set to "galleries"
Ben would probably need to answer the other question, but my guess is that Publisher is thinking it's about to publish a duplicate album.
Might help if you can post a screen shot of your Lightroom Publisher settings.
Also, Ben may need Backlight admin access and perhaps even FTP access. You could email those to him, referencing this post

also, you can delete those extra "animals" listing on your "Downloads" page by going to Backlight > Publisher > Top-level Galleries.
in the photos listing, on the right is a link called Albums. Click on that.
For each album you need to delete, click on the name of it. Scroll down and click Delete.

THANK YOU SO MUCH ROD !!!
It was the albums that were confusing me, didnt realise i could delete them in publisher, was deleting them in FTP and wondering why they were still there.
AWESOME help... thank you again so much for this. Brilliant

I suppose the numbers are appended because you’ve manually deleted an album via FTP and then tried to add it again. Albums should always be left to Publisher to manage.
