Is it possible to change the product buttons on the site? in cart?

there's a PayPal setting in the Cart Settings that give you the choice of a text or image button.
Otherwise, you can change button colors in the Typography section of the page template you're using for the Cart template.
beyond that, you can style further with custom css.
