As a beginner I have this problem finding the right way to display my photos
In the link you see the way my photos are showed,

but I want to show them in this way, to move the photo with the mouse.

but I can't find the way I have to do this.

Enable the slideshow in your album template.

thank you, but now I loose my masthead and the row to choose: galleries, about, contact, etc.. I have seen that on other galleries they are still there.

the page on your site that you link to uses the Single-image Pages presentation. The page of mine that you link to contains an album using the Photoswipe presentation. (From the Okapi iteration of Backlight--not the current version.)
Make the change in your album template under Large Image Presentation.
You shouldn't be loosing your masthead or navigation unless you've changed to a page template that omits these. But it's hard to tell what's going on with the limited information we have.
Can you provide a link to an album that's not working as you expect it to?
Also, if you provide guest Backlight credentials, somebody can take a closer look into what's going on.

the album is working as intended. The full size images take up the full screen,covering the album page.
For example, see this album of mine that's set up similar to yours: http://backlight-rb-test.barbeephoto.co … saturday1/
If you want the masthead showing with the image, then use the single image presentation mode in your album template.
