After uploading this site from a backup, I get this message anytime I want to do something with Publisher:
Unable to perform action: getSetupForTemplate
Message: The album could not be found for id 17961. Please edit this album and try again.
What do you think is wrong?

Did you check the API URL?
(Right click on TTG Publisher and 'Edit Settings')

I'd second Peter's recommendation. Make sure the API url and key match the site location and the key in Backlight
