correct settings in LR for Client Response albums

Is there a setting that lets you stay logged in to this site? I don't know how many times I've had to re-type my comments, after being told I'm no longer logged in when I hit 'Submit'

Anyway, I am having trouble figuring out the correct settings for LR for a Client Response album.
When I assign an album to a user in Backlight, I am given the option to 'change' a password, not set it.
Since I want to have put in the users email, the user/pass in the Publisher setting seems nul.

Do I add a user/pass in LR anyway?
What is the correct LR Client Response settings too? Unmanaged or Managed? Enable default is on right?
The Logout buttons don't seem to work.
The first one gives a page error:

Not Found
The requested URL /backlight/client-response/ was not found on this server.

And the second does not log out.
Either with me logged in to Backlight or logged out.

Re: correct settings in LR for Client Response albums

(split from other topic)

If your CR album is going to be "Managed," then don't password protect it in Lightroom.

When I assign an album to a user in Backlight, I am given the option to 'change' a password, not set it.
Since I want to have put in the users email, the user/pass in the Publisher setting seems nul.

where are you seeing "change password"?
what do you mean my "user"? Do you mean a client you've created?

What is the correct LR Client Response settings too? Unmanaged or Managed? Enable default is on right?

It depends. If you want to use the Client Response management features, set it to Managed.

The Logout buttons don't seem to work.
The first one gives a page error:

This should only happen if you don't have the client-response/ folder installed in the backlight/ folder. (if it's there, try uploading it again in case something got dropped along the way)
I should be able to go to yoursite.com/backlight/client-response/ and see a log in page, like this:
http://pangolin.barbeephoto.com/backlig … -response/

And the second does not log out.
Either with me logged in to Backlight or logged out.

The second one is for albums password protected at the album level, the password credential set up when creating the album.
