Hi Backlight Community,
I have just started adding search tags to my images and realise that I have an error that pops up when I do a search for an image.
The error is "Client response module is currently unavailable. Feedback profile could not be found."
The error can be closed and the images relating to the search are then found. What is trying to invoke the client response? The client response module is installed and works fine.
The search code I have on my page is the following; The included search page backlight\search returns the same error though.

</div> <!-- #search -->I have found that if I create a feedback profile called default I do not get the error. However I now have feedback in the public galleries which I don't want. How do I disable feedback for the public galleries but have a search function with no error. I have private customer galleries where I do wish to have feedback though.

My guess is that the template you have assigned for search, which can be found in Backlight > Designer > Assign Templates, has the Client Response Add-on enabled. If that's the case, try using a template that doesn't have CR enabled.

Hello community,
I am getting the same error, in a different situation. The full error is 'Client response is unavailable, please contact site owner for further assistance'. We that would be me and i am none the wiser .The client response gallery comes up on the website but then the error appears and the images are not selectable. Any ideas.

Is this also related to the search function or is this a different issue?

Either way, can you include a link to an album that isn't working?
