Questions on the forum often get answer quickly. But sometimes those answers contain a request for Backlight credentials so that the back-end can be viewed.
What will speed the help you get is if you can include Guest access to Backlight on your site in your posts, especially if your question is about set-up problems, template configuration, etc.
To set it up, log into Backlight on your site. In the Quick Links section of the Dashboard, click on Manage Users.
"Guest" should already be listed. If you don't remember the guest password, edit the 'guest' user and enter a new password. Also double check the User Role, making sure you're granting the access you want to grant.
The Guest Viewer role will allow a limited look at your settings. It doesn't allow a guest viewer to see template settings, for example.
The Guest Updater role will allow a guest to view (and change) template settings.
If a guest user is not listed, then create one.
In your posts, include a link to your site and the Backlight guest credentials
