Total newbie here - just a test album with the default cart. I have both download, print enabled. Pricing scheme is complete. This was working then I added another pricing scheme for downloads only and published. I got an error that the product was not enabled. Now I can't even get default to show the download product. Where is this enabled? I assume I can add as many different pricing schemes as I want, so each gallery published from Lightroom could be priced differently.

the album linked to is using the "default" pricing scheme. Does your default pricing scheme include a digital product?

yes - the default pricing scheme has both download and print products.

are all prices and shipping charges filled out?
How are you supplying the downloads: are they being created by Publisher? Uploaded manually?
If you can set up guest access to Backlightf and post the credentials, we can take a look and give better responses.

never mind. I figured out that the guest username was simply "guest"
Looks like the problem could be that you may not be supplying the images for download. See the documentation:

Thanks ... i found that also in the documentation. I changed the cart setting to allow offline digital purchase. It's strange because I don't remember changing that setting, so was wondering why it worked before and not now. But - looks like that did the trick and it's working now. Thank you!
