Can I automatically get the text item from "album description" in TTG Publisher in LR to "Page Copy / Main Copy" on WWW album page?

You may be able to do this using phplugins and PHP code that interrogates the database to extract that info.
I don't have those PHP skills but maybe someone who does will chime in.

An easier way, probably. The album description is used in the page's head, in the <meta description /> tag. You might be able to query that tag using Javascript, and prepend it to the description area. I've never tried it, though.
