publish with the feature "hide from album set" doesn't hide

hello again,

testing a thumbsnail trick from Matt with publishing a hiden "custom thumbnails album".
Seems that the hidden album still shows with a close eye append to the  name.

The closed eye indicates that it is a hidden album and you only see this if you are logged into the backlight backend. Open your site in another browser and you will not see the hidden album.
