When I insert two fotos into a blog post, align them left or right and there is not enough text to flow alongside both fotos at least down to the lower edge of the lower image, the fotos break the boundaries of the "article.type-post"-rectangle and reach doen into the comments-area.
As a workaround I could enter some empty lines with somewhere in the text to pad the text to a sufficient length.
This renders OK in desktop browsers, also when the window is narrow.
But on the phone the empty lines stretch a large empty space below the last image.

Can you post a link? Without a visual reference, I'm not following this well enough to be able to reproduce the problem.

I'm using Firefox on phone and desktop.

Thanks.
In the theme's /template-parts/content.php file, change post_class() to post_class('clearfix'). You can do this either in the add-on folder, or in a child theme.

Fine. That works. Thank You.
Do You recommend changing it in a child theme, or will the change be permanent in upcoming versions?
Best wishes
Michael
PS
You always respond so quickly even on sundays. I often post here on weekends because of my day job and because all the photo and web things are recreational for me. I wouldn't mind to wait until next week.

It will be in our next update. If your child theme involves a custom content.php file, though, then you'll want to make that change there as well.
I've been working the last few weekends. This is partially because the 1.2 update was getting long in the tooth and I wanted it out, and then because of the necessary updates. Now things are slowing down again somewhat, it's because the weather has been just awful lately -- horrible heat and humidity, and a lot of rain -- so I've not been wanting to go out much. It's far nicer to spend afternoons at my favorite coffee shop, in the air conditioning. So I take my laptop, and work while I'm there. Seoul really is quite a miserable place this time of year, during the daytime at least; it's far nicer to be out in the evening, if you go out.
