is possible to Add Subscription bo to "tray 01" in Backlight (not Blog) ?

Do you mean a mailing list sign up form?
If so, you should be able to add one yourself.
Your subscription sign up service should be able to supply HTML for you to place in any of the page copy areas.

It may also require that you add some script, which you can do via phplugins
