I use a dark background and the text color is set to a light gray. When I open a CRG Lightbox, the background is white and the all text is unreadable in light grey. Inside the Add-on setting for CRG I can not edit the Background color or text color, but all other colors like lines or option background. Is there an other place where I have to set up the colors for the CRG lightbox?

this may be similar to this problem: http://community.theturninggate.net/vie … hp?id=7786
it will probably need custom css until Matt comes up with an update. Can you post an album?

Or you can wait a few hours. I believe we'll have a hot-fix update coming later today (Asia/Australia time).
Offline
oh thats fast, I'll wait. BTW fantastic update. It will save a lot of time.

The new backlight and pages update did not solve the problem for me.

Should do. Try clearing the template cache by visiting Designer > Templates > Clear Template Cache.

Thanks Matthew, that works…

Is it possible to have the new Google reCAPTCHA in the submit feedback form? I would like to use Radio Buttons or Select Boxes instead of some Text fields.
Offline
At present, Google's reCAPTCHA is only usable in contact forms created via the Pages Add-on. To date, I have seen no reason to include it in Client Response feedback forms. The form cannot be submitted without first selecting images or leaving feedback, and that can only be done by interacting with the gallery in a "human" way. If you start getting spam through your client response albums, though, let us know.

That make sense Matthew, but I have one more problem. During my test I don't get any email from the feedback form. The normal email form works fine. When I look into the feedback details I see that all Client Details are empty.

My tests work just fine. Do you have a link I can try?

Can you please enable feedback, then try the gallery? I realize you may not want to use that feature, but I'd like to know whether the gallery functions with both select and feedback enabled.

it's on now

Excellent. That resolves the error I was seeing in the console log. Now, if you submit the form, do you receive the feedback in email and admin?
Offline
yes, I saw your selection and got an admin email. I will try it later. I'm out for a meeting now.
If you like to try anything, feel free to do that. This page is still under construction.

I still have this problem. I can see your last selection #00009 as client Matthew and I got the admin email for this feedback. When I make a test selection, then all Client Details are empty and I don't get an admin or client mail. The Status is set to spam. I have no idea how to change this. If you need an admin login please let me know.

I'm not sure I understand. You say you received my submission, so then the page appears to be behaving as it should.
Try using the page while NOT logged into Backlight, and supply an email address for your feedback other than the address it's being sent to. Same result?
Offline
I'm sorry, but it don't work for me. I tried all thing that you suggest. Logged out as admin, use other email addresses, use other browsers, use other computer (macbook), use TOR Browser to create a different IP.
Always the same result - no Information stored in all Client Details. All Feedbacks have the Status 'spam'
The only feedback that came through was yours #000009
I send you an admin password by mail. Please take a look at the feedback list.

Ben was able to identify the problem. The honey pot is showing when it shouldn't; don't fill in the Address field.
We'll have a fix in an update. In the meantime, you can use this CSS.
div.crg-fields input[name=address], div.crg-fields p.param-address {
display: none;
}

Thanks.
I just found an other problem when using the cart plugin with Pangolin at my wedding site. Can't open the cart after adding a Product. There is somethings wrong with the text below the cart icon. It shows only the first two characters (yo) of 'your cart'. It looks wired.
At the moment I switched back to a backup with the previous version. If you like to have a look on it, please send me a mail. Then I activate the new version for you and send you a password to login.

It's just about bed time here. As a first step, please try my advice in this thread:
http://community.theturninggate.net/vie … 838#p46838
If that doesn't solve it for you, I'll take a look in the morning.

No problem Matthew, my 1.1.1 backup works fine.

Fair. But please do try my advice in that thread. You're flopping between different versions of the cart, so you may just be having a cookie conflict. Resetting the cart should solve that for you. Hopefully that's the total cause of your issue.
