When I have strict width enforcement on for the Top Pallet it still goes to full screen width when I scroll the page. Is this working as designed?

Yes. If it didn't do that, it'd look damn strange once detached from its original position. I tried it; it was no good.

I didn't know it could be detached. So what use is strict width enforcement for the Top Pallet?
Thanks.

When you scroll and the top pallet follows, that's "detached".
I've updated my ugly demo for you.

See how, on page load, the top pallet is the same width as the content container? That's what it's for.
Admittedly, it probably wouldn't be so bad with this design if it didn't go full-width when detached. But when I was testing, that wasn't always the case. There were some designs where it just didn't look good.

Ah, OK. So when the Top Pallet stays at the top that's 'detatched' since it doesn't move with the rest of the page. I got it. I just turned width enforcement off since it looks weird when the width changes on my site.
Thanks.
BTW, I do have my site switched over to Pangolin and so far I like it better than Okapi, so thanks for the update. Good work.
