Backlight v1.2?

I plan to buy another Backlight license but am trying to wait on the new version that was blogged about in April. Is there an ETA? If I purchase the current version, will I be able to upgrade without additional cost?

If there are no further delays, whether bugs needing to be fixed or otherwise, we expect to release 1.2 later this week. The 1.2 updates will be free for existing Backlight customers.
