Hi,
I just recently got backlight+pages and I have been watching the tutorial and reading documentation over and over but I can't figure out how to create a page for my website. It is currently a functioning website but I am looking to overhaul it with backlight. The only backlight menu that I have is at domain/ttg-be/admin and it gives no functionality for creating pages. Lightroom has the pages module, but I have no idea how to get rid of the demo thing, and actually create and edit a page. The tutorials were unclear and other than the turning gate ones i struggled to find tutorials anywhere else. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!

the new backlight admin panel (in case you did the installation correctly) is found at "http://www.domain.tld/backlight/". Before you start you I suggest to read and understand the template part as it makes things really easy ![]()
This it how it should look like ![]()
In case you read the "wrong" documentation here is the official one --> http://backlight.theturninggate.net/docs/doku.php
Each page needs a template (i.e. 1 coloumn, 2 coloumn --- but you can use the same template for several pages or even albums / album sets)
Matt did a video a while ago and some menu structures may look a bit different now but to get a feeling how backligt works take a look at this video --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jtzGfUiC6kU

Yep, ttg-be is not part of Backlight

This is the TTG-BE interface from CE4
Lightroom has the pages module, but I have no idea how to get rid of the demo thing, and actually create and edit a page.
Again, this is CE4 not Backlight. There are no Web Module plug-ins for Backlight so there is no designing or page creation done in Lightroom when using Backlight.
Are you transitioning from a CE4 site? If so, these may help
From a CE4 Publisher managed site: http://ttg-tips-and-tricks.barbeephoto. … backlight/
From a CE4 uploaded gallery based site: http://ttg-tips-and-tricks.barbeephoto. … backlight/
And the basics of the Backlight template system: http://ttg-tips-and-tricks.barbeephoto. … templates/
